Life happens—plans change! If you find you can't attend the retreat you registered for, just let us know before the final payment date and you'll be able to transfer your registration to another retreat.
Please note: the $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (yep, really—no exceptions). If you move your reservation to a new retreat, you'll simply make a new $50 deposit at that time. Retreats can be transferred once per calendar year.
Final payments are due by the date listed on the events page. If payment isn't received, we'll need to offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
Once final payments are made, no refunds will be issued. If something comes up and you can't attend, we'll try our best to fill your seat from the waitlist. If we're able to backfill your spot, we're happy to transfer your registration to a future event.
BUT—we totally get that life doesn't always stick to the plan. If anything changes, talk to us! We're always willing to work with you when we can.
We do our very best to match your seating preferences, but we can't guarantee them. If you want to sit with a specific crafty friend (or two!), make sure you list their names when you register—otherwise we won't know!
Seating charts are created after final payments, and once they're set, they're set.
Flying solo? Don't worry for a second—we're all about fun, creativity, and making new friends. At our retreats, strangers don't stay strangers for long!
If we reach our maximum number of crafters, we'll start a waitlist. If a spot opens up, we'll reach out by email or phone to let you know. You'll have 24 hours to respond and submit your deposit (or final payment, if the due date has already passed).
If we don't hear back within 24 hours, we'll move to the next person on the list so we can keep the retreat running smoothly.
